These procedures focus on runoff computation with computer program HEC-1. This well known program is a DOS program, and thus does not permit exchange of information with other programs that are in common usage for today's design and planning studies.</div> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP COLSPAN=3 BGCOLOR=#339933 HEIGHT= 16 WIDTH="537"><div> <B>Action</B></div> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP COLSPAN=3 HEIGHT= 68 WIDTH="537"><div> We worked with County staff to design and implement a Windows-based interface and a preprocessor for HEC-1. Embedded in this preprocessor are procedures from the drainage standard manual.
