B.S. (or higher) in civil engineering or closely related engineering field. M.S. preferred. California P.E., 3+ years related work experience, proficiency in H&H computer modeling programs (HEC programs a plus), project management experience.</div> <bR> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP BGCOLOR=#FFFFFF HEIGHT= 16 WIDTH="483"><div> <B>Associate Water Resource Engineer</B></div> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 148 WIDTH="483"><div> Under the guidance of senior staff, complete hydrologic and hydraulic studies, including modeling, floodplain analyses, and planning studies; collect, manage, and analyze data; assist in the development of analytical methods and tools; and draft technical reports. B.S.
